    Lever1 is a Kansas City-based professional employer organization (PEO) providing a multitude of resources for businesses across the country. Integrated services enable business owners to cost-effectively outsource the management of human resources, payroll, employee benefits and Workers’ Compensation.

    PEO clients are able to focus on their most pressing business operation in order to maintain and grow their bottom line. It is the goal of Lever1 to partner with other businesses to provide employer solutions to fit small and midsized business needs. Lever1’s biggest measurement of achievement is the growth and success of its clients.

    As Owner and President of Lever1, Erica is responsible for strategic planning, management and business oversight. With Erica’s guidance, Lever1, a fully accredited professional employer organization, has secured an industry-wide reputation of excellence, operational reliability and thought leadership.

    Nicole Tackett

    Nicole Tackett, Vice President

    Nicole is responsible for business operations and optimizing systems and processes for efficiency. While overseeing Lever1’s award-winning team of HR and payroll staff, Nicole maintains compliance on federal, state and local regulations in regard to payroll and HR items.

    Gregory Gragg

    Gregory Gragg, CEO & Chairman

    As Chairman and CEO of Lever1, Greg Gragg has over 30 years of business management experience through business consulting and advisement. A true entrepreneur, Greg has spent the past 24 years growing his flagship advertising agency into one of the top companies in the Kansas City area, and has since started four additional companies specializing in lead generation, internet compliance, consulting, and business services.

    Danielle Bearden

    Danielle Bearden, Director of Human Resources

    Danielle Bearden is a dynamic HR professional, currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Lever1, planning, developing, and directing the administration of all HR functions within the Lever1 Human Resources Department. She has over 15 years of experience in all areas of Human Resources including strategic planning, total rewards, performance management, employee wellness and safety, HR compliance and labor relations.

    Pam Martin

    Pam Martin, Director of Recruiting Services

    Pam Martin is our Director of Recruitment Services. Her strengths include relationship building among clients and candidates alike in order to optimize the recruiting match. She is active in a variety of key networking organizations including the Association for Corporate Group of Kansas City, Financial Executives Networking Group (FENG), and the Corporate Growth Group.

    Christy Wilson, Business Development Director

    Christy brings 28 years of experience as a business executive to her sales and business de-velopment position at Lever1. She understands the challenges organizations face and is dedicated to building strategic partnerships to help business owners reach their goals.

    Nancy Velez

    Nancy Velez, Director of Account Service

    Nancy’s 10+ years of experience in Human Resources and employee management makes her the best person to help clients achieve results and maintain compliance and peace of mind with HR, payroll, and benefit needs. Nancy is responsible for the day-to-day contact for all new hires along with all matters that directly affect the payroll process.

    Allan Ehlers

    Allan Ehlers, Controller

    Allan Ehlers has 31 years in the accounting profession. His experience includes overseeing operations of accounting departments, payroll, employee benefits administration and P&C insurance. He focuses on continual improvements in processes to achieve efficiency in transaction processing. As our controller, Allan is responsible for managing our accounting department in order to assure our clients needs are fulfilled. Allan received his accounting degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and is a CPA.

    Liz Wilson

    Liz Wilson, Business Development Director

    Liz Wilson leads the sales division of Lever1 to help growth-minded business leaders become more productive and focused on growing their bottom line. Liz shares her entrepreneurial, problem-solving spirit while consulting with business leaders about the challenges their companies face, tailoring Lever1’s services to be the solutions they require for continued success. Liz brings insights from over fifteen years of business development experience from a variety of industries including banking, marketing, and health.

    Chad Braymer, Director of Operations

    Chad brings more than 26 years of experience in a wide variety of roles within the professional services industry to his position at Lever1. Over the course of his career, he has enabled tremendous growth in revenue and profitability by developing highly scalable operational processes and cohesive work teams.

    Sam Wilkerson, Benefit and Support Manager

    Sam brings 12 Years of Benefit Experience with implementing benefit programs for clients. He has experience implementing processes and standards specializing in the communication of benefits. As Benefit and Support Manager, Sam works directly with our clients on their benefits
